The WESTDOC Conference Three-Day Pass
The WESTDOC Conference Pass includes: admission to all seminars and panels, sponsored parties, opening night screening and PitchFest.


Fee Schedule
Early-Bird conference pass until April 30th, 2012:  $395.00
Discounts may not apply for Early-Bird pass.

Please call for discounted rates if you are a member of:  The TV Academy, DGA, WGA, IDA, NALIP and PGA.


Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend WESTDOC 2012, we require notice in writing on or before August 9th, 2012.  Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund or credit.  All cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee.

Your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge.  Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us before the event by phone or email to info@thewestdoc.com.
