The WESTDOC Conference Three-Day Pass
The WESTDOC Conference Pass includes: admission to all seminars and panels, sponsored parties, opening night screening and PitchFest. In addition, the pass includes: continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
Fee Schedule
February 1 - March 31, 2010: $595.00
April 1 - June 30, 2010: $650.00
July 1 - July 31, 2010: $750.00
August 1 - August 31, 2010: $850.00
September 1st to day of event: $895.00 (full price)
PitchFest Fee - $50.00
Applicants who wish to pitch at PitchFest must include a $50.00 submisson fee in payment process. Payment of fee does not guarantee acceptance into PitchFest. Only registrants of WESTDOC may participate in the PitchFest Forum.
Refund Policy
If you be unable to attend this event, we require notice in writing on or before August 13, 2010. Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund or credit. All cancellations are subject to a $100 administration fee.
Your registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person, please inform us before the event by phone or email to info@thewestdoc.com.
